Job Title: Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support assistant to join our team.

As a support assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our clients.

  • You will provide assistance with daily personal care requirements, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • You will administer medication following established procedures and protocols.
  • You will support clients in expressing choice and control over their lives, including participation in activities and decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or higher in Disability/Community Services or equivalent, and be committed to providing high-quality support services that promote independence and autonomy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III or higher in Disability/Community Services or equivalent.
  • Commitment to providing person-centered support services.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 doses).
  • Current driver's license.
  • Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • NDISWC (or willingness to obtain).
  • Completion of the NDIS Online Workers Module.
