Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Executive Leadership Professional to join our team as an Assistant Director at Goodstart Mount Warren Park. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.



About the Role


In this role, you will:



  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
