Lead Production Operations Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing production team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for driving efficient line output, true and net efficiency, cost/productivity targets, and service levels.
About the Job- Manage daily operations to achieve business objectives, ensuring compliance with quality systems and HACCP regulations.
- Work closely with Quality and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure product quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and train employees across your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Drive productivity and efficiency gains through process improvements and employee development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
