Job Role: Pathways Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Pathways Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals and their families navigate their journey.

This is a part-time (0.8 FTE) 12-month contract position with a competitive salary including options for salary packaging.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to newly diagnosed individuals and their families through the support and service system pathways.
  • MATCH CUSTOMER NEEDS AND GOALS TO APPROPRIATE TEAM AND SERVICES AVAILABLE.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Autism Spectrum and related services.
  • Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and understanding of different budgets and services.
  • Experience in providing advice, information and referring customers to service options.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to understand and deal with complex situations and identify opportunities.
