Career Opportunity for Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker

The role of Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial professional to join our team. This position requires the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing quality therapy and intervention to help individuals get 'job ready.'
Key responsibilities include supporting clients with personal growth and development, providing support and mentoring to customers, and conducting mini-mental health training sessions on site. You will also be responsible for liaising with local health professionals and services as required, building and maintaining strong relationships with key referrers/customers, and identifying and engaging with potential new entrants to SLES.
To succeed in this role, you'll need an approved Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work degree, full registration with an approved body, determination and motivation for professional growth, and a passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as a customer-centric approach and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.

In terms of compensation, we estimate that this role would attract a salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
