Our client, a prominent and established Australian Asset Owner, is engaged in direct and indirect investments across various asset classes, including cash, domestic and international fixed interest, currency, Australian and international equities, listed property, and private equity.
We are in search of a Manager for the Performance and Analytics (P&A) team. This role entails overseeing the management and leadership of the team's workload and resources. The P&A team is accountable for comprehensive reporting and analytics for the total fund, in addition to formulating strategies for both periodic and ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests.

- Data Governance and Management
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, economics, business, IT, or quantitative disciplines.
- Postgraduate or professional qualifications such as CIPM and CFA Charter holders are highly valued.
- Extensive background in performance and analytics across diverse investment sectors.
- Deep understanding of performance calculation methodologies applicable to various asset classes, particularly derivatives and overlays, as well as the impact of unlisted investments on total fund and benchmark returns.
- Strong familiarity with the investment market landscape, with a background in institutional funds management, industry experience, or superannuation funds, along with custody and funds administration being highly regarded.
- Proven ability to be a proactive team player, ensuring that tasks and issues are diligently followed through to completion.
