Strategic Enterprise Account Executive Role

This role involves taking charge of key enterprise accounts with a strategic focus. As an Account Executive, you will assist customers unlock the power of data and AI through the company's solutions and become a trusted advisor to C-level executives and data teams, guiding them through their digital transformation journey, collaborating closely with partners, presales, and consulting teams to drive success in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across ANZ, developing and executing account plans to drive adoption and expansion, leveraging the ecosystem.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Engage customers at a CxO level, including business leaders, orchestrating activities to ensure ongoing relationships, customer success, and strong alignment with the company's value proposition.
  • Market Insight: Leverage your knowledge in Cloud, Data Transformation, and Analytics to navigate the dynamic landscape.
  • Collaborative Sales: Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and partners.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of successful sales experience in SaaS enterprise software, with expertise in managing complex sales cycles.
  • Being a self-starter capable of leading complex sales cycles within a matrixed organization.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas, selling to senior decision-makers, with a good network of existing senior executive contacts within enterprises in the respective territory and accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to create compelling proposals.
  • Experience working with global and local partners and resellers to optimise customer engagement and maximise revenue in assigned accounts.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms and data ecosystems (such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc), including Data Visualization, and Data Integration markets.
  • Experience in verticals such as Public Sector, Utilities and/or Financial services preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of the Big Data, Data Integration, and Data Analytics markets, including knowledge of Data Warehousing, Databases, and Business Intelligence software products.
