Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage relationships with stakeholders across various industries, academia, and member communities. This role involves driving membership acquisition and retention, building strong partnerships, and championing the organization's vision and values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Partner Program Plus (PPP) accounts to ensure stability, growth, and member value
  • Driving membership acquisition and retention in line with agreed branch growth targets
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Maintaining accurate and timely member data and reporting in Salesforce
  • Ensuring compliance with governance, fiscal, and risk management standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, or member services
  • Demonstrated success in growing and maintaining solution-based partnerships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with excellent time management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Ability to travel within NSW
