As a Store Team Member, you will be the face of our organisation and bring to life every day what we are famous for - our friendly service.

About The Role

You will work throughout the store, doing a variety of tasks such as getting stock on shelves, putting fresh Fruit & Veg on display, picking orders for customers, and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave the store.

  • Greet, acknowledge, show care, and thank customers for shopping with us.
  • Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure safety for ourselves, each other, and customers.
  • Help customers by answering questions or taking them to products they need.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy for a fast and easy shopping journey.

Whether it's assisting customers, receiving inventory, or working alongside colleagues, this role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including displaying products and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
