Job Description

Our team is looking for a Casual Sales Associate to join our retail luxury goods and jewelry store. As a brand ambassador, you will be the link between our products and customers.

You will contribute to store success by influencing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and sharing your knowledge of our products and brand.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
  • Build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach to individual customers
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
  • Assist with product deliveries; unload and store stock in the correct spaces in store
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; take pride in your environment
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges
