About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Sydney office. As a Paralegal in our Recovery and Restructuring practice, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of files, preparing and issuing legal documents, and acting as the first point of contact for clients. You will work closely with lawyers to progress matters through the courts and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of files from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Prepare and issue legal documents, including statutory notices and court documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communications via our online portal.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve sensitive financial matters and negotiate suitable arrangements.
  • Work with lawyers to progress matters through the courts, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.
