About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team in a dynamic trade environment. In this store-based role, you'll be working closely with customers, providing exceptional service and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences through counter sales, quotes, and delivery orders
  • Picking and packing orders efficiently
  • Designing and selling kitchens (full training provided)
  • Managing goods inwards procedures
  • Ensuring stock replenishment and adherence to retail standards

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced trade business
  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing position
  • An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market (previous experience desirable but not essential)
