This vital role will see you involved in a variety of tasks each day including sales activities with customers, delivering products and ensuring administrative tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency. All the while, providing exceptional end-to-end service to our great customers

**What you'll be doing**:

- Building and nurturing customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service to our valued customers
- Over-the-counter trade sales
- Receiving phone sales enquiries & follow up with quotes
- Delivering products to customer sites.
- Processing orders, data entry and dispatch documentation
- Offer product support and advice on product solutions
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries

**What you'll need**:

- A strong work ethic, professional attitude and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contributions within the team.
- Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy.
- A big team-player
- A natural go-getter with energy, enthusiasm, and drive
- Knowledge of the air-conditioning or building industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to learn
