Job Description

We are seeking a Trade Sales and Inventory Coordinator to support our sales team in providing excellent customer service and managing inventory levels.

The role involves handling phone and over the counter sales, customer support for diamond tools and spare parts, warehousing, stock control, supporting external sales force, invoicing, administration, and workplace health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • To manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • To assist the sales team with quote requests, order processing, and delivery schedules.
  • To maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer interactions.
  • To identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of customer-facing experience in a trade environment or similar.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new skills.
  • Forklift license and inventory management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
