Commercial Real Estate Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to industry leaders by managing client databases, maintaining team calendars, coordinating client meetings and events, and assisting with travel bookings and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage client data, maintain schedules, coordinate meetings and events, and assist with travel arrangements and general office tasks
  • Research & Data Support: Conduct market research, analyze data, compile information for reports and presentations, and assist with property data analysis and market report compilation
Requirements
  • A genuine interest in commercial real estate and a desire to learn and grow
  • Currently studying or recent graduate in Commerce, Business, Property, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
