Business Growth Specialist

A leading facilities services provider is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and develop strategic relationships in the commercial real estate sector.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial real estate industry
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients

The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve business objectives.


Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the commercial property industry
  • Existing relationships with real estate occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other key industry professionals
