Childcare Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Coordinator to join our team at TheirCare.
As a Childcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging programs and activities for children, while also supporting the development of our team members.
You will work closely with our educators to plan and implement programs that promote learning, exploration, and play.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of children and families
- Supporting the development of our team members through training and mentoring
- Collaborating with educators to plan and deliver programs
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Managing administrative tasks such as planning and programming
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in the childcare industry
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
- Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
- Food Handling certificate relevant to your state
