About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Childcare Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging programs and supporting the growth and development of children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality programs that promote learning, exploration, and play.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Assist the Coordinator with administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the service.
- Support the development of children's skills and abilities through hands-on activities and experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the childcare or OSHC industry.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
- Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
- Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
