We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Coordinator to join our team at TheirCare. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our before and after school programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the service
- Mentor and support a team of educators to develop their skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the Area Manager to roster staff and ensure the smooth operation of the service
- Previous experience in the childcare industry, preferably in a leadership or coordinator role
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, such as a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
- Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training)
- Food Handling certificate relevant to your state
