About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Fitness Programs: Create personalized exercise programs for members based on their fitness goals, medical history, and experience level.
  • Lead Fitness Sessions: Conduct group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions, providing guidance and support to members.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk duties, including membership sales, cancellations, and customer service.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain fitness equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to management.
  • Member Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging members to reach their fitness goals.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Hold a Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 in Fitness, or be willing to obtain within two months of hire.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
