About the Role:

Harrison Barratt Group (HBG) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support our waste management client in Western Sydney. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Processing: Process sales contracts with accuracy, coordinating with departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and other internal teams, maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries, providing product information and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
