Waste Management Customer Support Specialist

Harrison Barratt Group (HBG) is seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our waste management team in Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Processing: Accurately receive and process sales contracts, coordinating with departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales team and internal teams, maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage scheduling, prepare presentations, and provide administrative support to enhance team productivity.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations, and support the execution of sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and ensure data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- A competitive salary package of approximately $60,000 per annum.
