What’s the Role?

We are in search of a skilled Production Manager to oversee our fleet conversion unit.

Role Objectives:

  • Manage the Fleet Conversions production unit to meet planned yields in accordance with the production schedule.
  • Enhance customer loyalty through a service and quality strategy aligned with the Inchcape business objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily production targets and identify areas for enhancement.

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate with quality assurance and technical teams to meet production goals.
  • Supervise personnel to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments of raw materials and work in progress.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, addressing any concerns.
  • Implement strategies to improve performance in line with operational standards.

  • Extensive hands-on production experience.
  • Understanding of management practices and their implications.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and scheduling skills.
