We are seeking a dedicated Program Officer to manage the lifecycle of scholarships and grants programs, ensuring seamless operational support to enhance governance capabilities in key sectors.
The successful candidate will provide expert operational support, managing the full lifecycle of programs from proposal writing and securing funding to administering, reporting, and evaluating outcomes.
Key responsibilities include building strong partnerships with funders and government agencies, ensuring program delivery is efficient and meets high standards, and cultivating relationships with scholars and partners to champion their experience.
This role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and stakeholder skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Manage the full lifecycle of scholarships and grants programs.
- Prepare and submit funding and grant proposals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, partners, and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with funders, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee budgets, payments, and acquittals.
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in administering scholarships, grants, or funding programs, preferably within an education, not-for-profit, or government setting.
Desired skills and experience include proven success in developing grant proposals, strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and experience in financial administration and budget management.
