About the Role:This is a challenging and exciting career opportunity to join our team as a Workers Compensation Manager. In this role, you will have the chance to work with top-tier mentors, grow and own your career path in insurance, and learn and develop through initiatives like company-wide mentoring programs.
The ideal candidate will be a driven and self-motivated individual who has experience in insurance broking and financial services industry. You will need to have a Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate or Diploma of Financial Services Insurance Broking and/or progressing towards completion.
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SME workers compensation policies, writing renewal reports and undertaking premium projections, providing policy and premium support in government-controlled jurisdictions, dealing directly with internal and external stakeholders on new business opportunities.
- You will also be required to communicate with clients via email and phone, and support colleagues as directed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have drive, passion and a desire to make a difference, think creatively and challenge the status quo, and be able to work under pressure and multitask.
