Job Overview:

They will work closely with practice leads to optimize squad engineering practices, enable cross-skilling and personal development, and support product owners in maintaining a team roadmap.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a certified Scrum Master qualification, a degree in business or a relevant IT discipline, and demonstrated experience in a Scrum Master role with 5-10 years' experience in banking and financial services. Additionally, they will have knowledge of different Agile frameworks, experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, and a thirst for learning and knowledge.
