Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead/Product Owner - Data to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Enterprise Data Management squad, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and mentoring a team of Data Architects, Engineers, and Analysts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Delivery Lead, Product Owner, or within a Project Management capacity. They should have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build internal networks and influence outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize requirements (stories) in the squad's backlog
  • Provide technical data leadership and guidance to the development team
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards
  • Mentor and guide a team of Data Architects, Engineers, and Analysts
