We are currently looking for a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist account managers with customer quotes, enquiries, and upkeep
  • Understand customer's sales history and proactively identify requirements
  • E nsure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
  • Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 7:30am to 4:10pm
  • Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage conflicting priorities
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
  • Exposure or experience within a call centre or retail environment is preferred
  • A willingness to learn

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong focus on delivering results.
