**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Maintenance Lead to join our manufacturing facility in Sydney, working Monday-Friday.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and machine setting, preferably in a TGA/GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include attending weekly planning meetings, installing and commissioning new machines, and managing preventive-maintenance and utilities routine-maintenance on site with contractors.

The ideal candidate will have experience of machines in production process, maintenance computerized systems, and managing situations with tight quality and efficiency parameters.

They will also have intermediate use of Microsoft Office packages and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing spare parts and consumables inventory through MEX
  • Developing reports using visual aids, Problem Solving, 6S and other Lean tools
  • Driving Lean initiatives and ensuring safe working conditions and practices

Working closely with the engineering team and maintenance technicians ensures the quality of the product and service within the factory is maintained at the highest possible standards.
