Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ADMS Domain Expert to join our team at Itbility. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Advanced Distribution Management Systems and will be responsible for leading our team in the implementation and support of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of ADMS systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working on ADMS systems, with a strong focus on implementation and support.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical expertise in ADMS systems, including GE PowerOn Fusion and other major platforms.
  • Development skills in PLSQL, PERL, JavaScript, and SOAP integration.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills to lead peer and junior team members.
  • Communication and collaboration skills across business, supplier, and partners.
  • ITIL process and multi-service provider knowledge and experience.
  • Safety leadership to support Customer Services Mission Zero & HSEQ plan.
  • A high level of IT knowledge (operating system, server, networking).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Digital/Technology-related field.
  • Relevant electrical and power systems knowledge or qualifications with applied experience in the field of expertise (management qualifications desirable).
