Enterprise Domain Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Domain Architect to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive the development of our technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and orchestrating all application and information solution architecture activities to meet the demands and expectations of our Digital Department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our business current state and desired future state, and communicate with business stakeholders on technology solutions in a business context.
- Manage the architectural impacts of business change and recommend solutions that improve cost effectiveness and flexibility of our portfolio.
- Review, analyze, and provide position and response to technical papers as requested by our Head of Architecture or Enterprise Architects.
- Actively contribute to our architecture BAU work and provide expert guidance and insight to delivery teams.
- Demonstrated experience with solution architecture construction and management across multiple domains in a similar sized organization.
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline, or relevant experience.
- Ability to take a set of requirements and turn them into a full-fledged architecture and design that is the blueprint of a successful solution.
- A software engineering mindset with experience in development and delivery of architecture, specifically across business systems and processes, applications and/or information and data technology domains.
- Experience solutioning digital applications, customer accounts, and working with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management capability with the ability to negotiate win-win outcomes for various stakeholder groups.
- Highly collaborative, consultative, and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
