**Job Title:** Educator - Occupational Violence and Aggression Prevention

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and reliable educator to join our team in the Occupational Violence and Aggression (OVA) department. The ideal candidate will have advanced clinical knowledge in OVA prevention and a range of clinical conditions associated with OVA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the development of contemporary educational materials, including virtual reality training.
  • Collaborate to deliver evidence-based education that enhances capability.
  • Review and develop new educational materials in the area of OVA and other related topics.

Requirements:

  • Advanced clinical knowledge in OVA prevention and a range of clinical conditions associated with OVA.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate to be organized, reliable, work autonomously, and prioritize work tasks.
  • Possess highly developed interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution strategies.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a team.
  • Innovative, resourceful, and adaptable to change.
  • Have recent experience in education and facilitation of training.
  • Proficient computer literacy skills.
  • Completing or working towards a Master's qualification with an educational focus (desirable).
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role (desirable).
