We are seeking an Air Conditioning Project Manager with 4-5 years' experience to oversee the successful delivery of our HVAC projects.

**Job Summary**

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the project, including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of HVAC Systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project Planning: Lead project planning and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Client Management: Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Resource Management: Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure that project objectives are achieved.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit project reports to clients and company management.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Tech Expertise: Provide technical expertise to the project team and ensure that project activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Site Inspection: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that installation work is performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and provide direction to project team members, including technicians, engineers, and administrative staff.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a trade qualification in Air Conditioning (Cert 3 TAFE)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in project management in the air conditioning industry
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HVAC projects from planning to completion
  • In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, industry codes, and regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

**Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
