Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our commercial air conditioning projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HVAC projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure that project objectives are achieved.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to clients and company management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical expertise to the project team and ensure that project activities are carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that installation work is performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Supervise and provide direction to project team members, including technicians, engineers, and administrative staff.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a trade qualification in Air Conditioning (Cert 3 TAFE)
  • Min 4-5 years of experience in project management in the air conditioning industry
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HVAC projects from planning to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, industry codes, and regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
