Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Director to lead our facility management team.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of facility maintenance, ensuring all assets are maintained to high standards through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing planned preventative maintenance programs, supervising contractors and maintenance staff, conducting regular site inspections and audits, and liaising with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.

In addition, they will be responsible for travel to various sites within the region, utilizing excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to foster collaboration and ensure seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in facilities management, a strong understanding of facility maintenance best practices, and proficiency in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and related software.

Australian citizenship is mandatory, and a valid driver's license is required for travel between sites.

  • Proven track record in facilities management with a focus on operations and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in CMMS and related software.
