About the Role

Susquehanna Pacific is a leading global quantitative trading firm that specializes in derivatives trading. We are seeking an experienced C# developer to join our Options Trading desk.

In this role, you will work closely with traders and other technology teams to develop high-performance trading applications using C# as the primary development language. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing backend/server-side applications, collaborating with quantitative researchers on trading models and signals, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional C# development skills, including extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance-focused on back-end development.
  • A track record of market making or order routing systems development is critical.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in C++ and Python on Windows or Linux would be beneficial but not essential.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Expert knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products.
