Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and be able to effectively manage daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to schedule customer appointments and plan jobs with work orders.
  • Assist in appraising and quoting repair work, discussing service requirements with the service manager.
  • Schedule shop assignments, field service work, and truck requirements for pickup and delivery of equipment.
  • Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement effective work procedures to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Supervise all shop activities when the Service Manager is away from the branch.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proven supervisory experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Broad-based computer skills.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures.
  • Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
