Transformation Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Program Manager to join our innovation team.

As part of our digital transformation journey, you will be responsible for leading and managing programs and projects that drive behavioural shifts across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, organisational change management and legal technology, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for digital ways of working and transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and help shape our future direction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in change management and project management within the context of legal or professional services
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex transformation projects and change initiatives
  • An advanced understanding of project management methods and techniques
  • A strong understanding of organisational change management processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication and consulting skills
  • Experience mentoring team members and coaching project teams to uplift capability
