Job Title: Manager, Digital Change Communications Channels

We are seeking a highly influential and strategic leader to oversee the implementation of our Personal Banking Digital Change Communications roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging experiences that improve colleague satisfaction and drive customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout and embedding of change and communications across Personal Bank
  • Manage a team who will design and deliver digital change and communications solutions
  • Manage and enhance our existing channels while partnering with change leads from PB and other divisions
  • Run scans on best practices in the market to ensure we are maximizing opportunities to deliver engaging experiences
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement to uplift channel performance and culture

Requirements:

  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational deliverables
  • Learning agility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create an engaging colleague experience
  • Extensive change, communications or channel management experience
  • Experience in channel development and working with digital communication tools
  • Proven ability to manage and execute change management communications
  • People leadership experience
