Job Overview

This role entails delivering exceptional facilities management services to our customers by working as a skilled service technician in our Sydney-based stores. The successful candidate will be exposed to cutting-edge refrigeration technologies and comprehensive training.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting, identify issues, and perform equipment servicing at various stores.
  • Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance works in accordance with scheduled plans.
  • Accurately complete associated paperwork and reporting.
  • Monitor replacement spare part inventory and recommend strategic capital investments to reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate closely with facilities management, support, and technical teams, store teams, and call support centre team.

Requirements
  • Hold trade qualifications in Refrigeration.
  • Possess a Qualified Supervisor Certificate (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning); or Endorsed Contractor Licence (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning), Arctick Refrigerant Handling Licence, and Driver's Licence.
  • Demonstrate solid post-apprenticeship experience in the commercial refrigeration service and installation industry.
  • Display flexibility to work overtime, travel to various sites, and be on call as required.
  • Exhibit a good level of computer literacy.
  • Have an understanding of C02 systems, Emerson & RDM controls advantageous.
