Customer Service Representative - Sales

This is a diverse role that will see you as the first point of contact for clients and supporting agents with banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing materials for new listings and preparing contracts.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing leads pipeline and database prospecting.
  • Provide administrative support to a leading sales agent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with sales listings, ensuring a smooth sales campaign by responding to phone and email enquiries, scheduling home appraisals and open homes.
  • Develop and prepare advertising material, contracts and information memorandums.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience in a dynamic environment with strong customer service skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results in a collaborative working environment.
  • A creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to thrive in a results-focussed working environment with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines.
  • A passion to drive positive change for clients and the community.

This role requires a candidate who can work independently and as part of a team, using their initiative and problem-solving skills to deliver results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
