Job Title: Production Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in achieving production and quality targets.

About the Position
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with previous supervisory experience highly regarded.
  • They will be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 workshop personnel, ensuring production and quality standards are met.
  • The role involves reviewing and analysing production drawings, working closely with the production manager to ensure planned production is met, and prioritising tasks through scheduling.
About You
  • Strong interpersonal, training, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • Lateral thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required to drive process improvements and resolve conflicts.
  • The successful candidate will have strong numeracy and literacy skills, hold an LF class license, and possess a C-class driver's license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy is also necessary.

You will work Monday to Friday with some Saturday work, and penalty rates apply. Overtime is available.
