Production Management Role

We are seeking a proactive and engaging leader to join our masonry team. The successful candidate will work alongside and supervise fixed plant production operators, shift supervisors, and yard staff to ensure their duties are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

This leadership role provides support and training to fixed plant operators as and when required. The supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring equipment and stopping if any mechanical or production problems occur. Additionally, they will liaise with maintenance staff to ensure regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs are completed.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing or production facility. They should also have strong knowledge of a range of machinery and a Certificate IV in WHS (Highly Desirable). A WA High Risk licence Class LF (Preferable) would be beneficial. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate a work team.
