Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Specialist to join our team at Pro-Pac Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality flexographic prints for our clients in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Print Production: Operate state-of-the-art flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality prints, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and instruct Printers Assistants to ensure they understand and follow FSC22000 and ISO processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage the implementation of HACCP and ISO policies, maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment.
  • Shift Handover: Ensure a smooth handover to the next shift, including reporting any equipment faults or breakdowns.
  • Process Improvement: Investigate and report on waste percentages, implementing process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous flexographic experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Experience within the packaging industry is also highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Strong practical skills and knowledge of machinery, with a technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well as part of a team, with a strong motivation to remain educated and up to date with developments within the printing industry.
