Job Title: Flexographic Printer

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printer to join our team at Pro-Pac Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality Flexographic rewind products while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Supervise and instruct Printers Assistants to ensure they understand and follow FSC22000 and ISO processes
  • Manage the implementation of HACCP and ISO policies to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the next shift and report any equipment faults or breakdowns
  • Investigate and report on waste percentages and implement process improvements to reduce waste
  • Implement customer-specific quality requirements and follow work, safety, or procedural instructions from senior management
Requirements:
  • Previous Flexographic experience is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Experience within the packaging industry is highly regarded
  • Technical aptitude and strong practical skills and knowledge of machinery
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and the motivation to remain educated and up to date with developments within the printing industry
