">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic and person-centred care to all residents ensuring social and emotional support
  • Support the coordination of care needs including medication management, nutrition and hydration, pressure care management
  • Lead/supervise care on the shift within designated areas
  • Perform medicine related tasks in accordance with legislation and policies
">About You
  • Rlevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support
  • High level of commitment, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness
  • Effective listener with ability to communicate at all levels
  • Understanding of information technology and ability to learn new skills
  • Current National police check
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
