Drive Performance at Sydney Airport
As a multi-site manager, you'll inspire and support store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence across multiple locations. You'll lead a team of approximately 100 people, including up to 5 store managers, and be responsible for managing store operations & performance with accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Manage store operations, including qualitative performance indicators such as Average Transaction Value and Units Per Transaction.
  • Build a positive, respectful team culture that fosters collaboration and open communication.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain visual and presentation standards.

  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
