Warehouse Operations Manager

As a senior team leader in our warehouse and factory, you will be responsible for managing a group of 4 employees. You will act as a point of leadership, guiding and motivating your team members to achieve their goals.
The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and factory, including performance management, training, and development. You will identify, analyse, and resolve work problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Motivate and guide team members to meet targets
- Implement effective communication and foster a positive culture
- Oversee warehouse and factory operations, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Develop production schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Operate machinery as required
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. You should also possess good written and verbal communication skills, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
