The Magistrates' Court of Victoria is a first-level court system and a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria. It has a long history of providing justice for Victorians in metropolitan and regional courts across the state.
About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team at Wyndham Law Courts. This role supports individuals on bail with complex needs, helping them engage in rehabilitation and achieve positive change through the CISP program.
As a Case Manager, you will provide client-centred case management to people with diverse and complex psycho-social needs. You'll work collaboratively with clients, the court, and external service providers to develop and implement support plans that promote rehabilitation and reduce recidivism.
About You- You will bring extensive experience in case management for clients with complex needs.
- You should have strong client engagement skills, including motivational interviewing.
- Ability to deliver culturally responsive and inclusive services is required.
- Excellent written communication and case formulation skills are essential.
- A commitment to continuous learning and collaboration is expected.
