Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, including reconciling and processing invoices, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and reconcile expenses
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with month-end closing and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Track expenses and process expense reports
Requirements:
- Experience in accounts payable and reconciliation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
